commit 433d7578465e04484d537810096512b5cc61246f
Author: Nick Mathewson <nickm at torproject.org>
Date: Wed Mar 28 03:19:00 2012 -0400

Reject SOCKS requests for "localhost" or ".local"

Sending them on is futile, since we will be told "127.0.0.1" and then
think we've been lied to. Partial fix for 2822.
