    Revert "Set UseMicrodescriptors=0 in torrc."
    
    This reverts commit c1f7a98d7e8a1f8c0df89685d06ca53e790c01fe.
    
    A better solution to this was to upgrade the flash proxy bridge to
    0.2.3. UseMicrodescriptors isn't present in 0.2.2 clients. The
    underlying problem is ticket #4013 in trac.torproject.org.
