commit 56fbd728c2df7f189390b9a417b4c3ecc3690ede
Author: Nick Mathewson <nickm at torproject.org>
Date: Tue May 3 16:45:15 2011 -0400

    Backport microdesc_cache_clean to 0.2.2

    from growing without bound.
