Update of /home2/or/cvsroot/tor/src/or
In directory moria.mit.edu:/home2/arma/work/onion/cvs/tor/src/or

Modified Files:
	circuitbuild.c circuitlist.c circuituse.c control.c or.h
	rendclient.c router.c routerlist.c
Log Message:
Implement controller's "extendcircuit" directive.
Also refactor circuit building so we plan the whole path ahead
of time.
