Update of /home2/or/cvsroot/tor/src/or
In directory moria.mit.edu:/home2/arma/work/onion/cvs/tor/src/or

Modified Files:
	circuitbuild.c circuituse.c or.h rephist.c
Log Message:
I'm a bad person.
Stop treating the uint16_t's as null-terminated strings,
and stop looking at the byte after them to see if it's null,
because sometimes you're not allowed to look there.
