 note that last time we tried the ganeti retirement procedure, it failed
 (https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/29399#comment:26). if
 this one succeeds, the comment in `tsa-misc/fabric_tpa/ganeti.py` can be
 removed.

 so far i don't see anything wrong with the schedule though:
