 --torserver-conf-file and --torclient-conf-file as subcommands for
 --measure (they are documented as --torserver-config-file and --torclient-
 config-file, so that needs fixing).

 Looke like this refers to passing custom config files when deploying
 onionperf with ansible. Probably not very high on the priority list.
 Changing the component to metrics/cloud.
