 No, I'm asking a more simple solution.

 1. Don't allow re-edit of your comment(cyp) **if** the comment is
 **older** than 24 hours.
 (you can still edit cyp comments for 1 day for typo/info edit)

 2. Allow reverting to previous version without trac harassment
