 Thanks for reporting this. I'm running v0.2.3 in chromium right now and it
 seems to be working fine (I can enable it from `chrome://extensions/` and
 the popup is working as expected).

 Can you describe what you see? What version does it say you are running?
 If possible, can you open the background page and navigate to the console
 to see any error messages that are printed out?
