 gk pointed me at `about:licenses`, and NSS is
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor-browser.git/tree/security/nss/COPYING?h
 =tor-browser-68.6.0esr-9.5-1 distributed] under the MPL 2.0 license, so we
 are good here. I'll note that `about:licenses` does not specify **which**
 software is distributed under **which** license. But that is a different
 problem.
