 Updated the configure_host for armv7 and updated min versions used in
 fenix

 https://github.com/sisbell/tor-browser-build/commits/bug-33760

 Some of the other fields will need updating as well, like the CC variable
 so I expect further changes under this issue as we get all projects
 aligned.
