 Thank you for the reviews. Kathy and I made the suggested changes: we
 moved the `this._insertStylesheet()` call later plus we addressed
 everything from comment:43. We also rebased both patches on top of the
 latest tor-browser and Torbutton code. There were no actual changes to the
 Torbutton patch. New patches:
