 When tor has a memory leak, its output can exceed the 10,000 line Travis
 CI limit:
 https://travis-ci.org/github/torproject/tor/builds/662056738

 These excess logs may also happen in other cases.

 We should work out if we can make some of the output shorter, to work
 around this issue.
