 This patch also rejects unstable 0.3.5 versions, that is, 0.3.5.6-rc and
 earlier.

 There aren't any relays on those versions, so there might not be any
 bridges, either.

 Among these 96, only 52 (54.2%) have (mostly) valid contact information.

 Great, let's try to contact them before we merge the patch.
