 This is preview. It has similar problems as #33556 with working with
 network disabled. You can see in the gradle-dependencies-list there are a
 bunch of snapshots for the android-components. These snapshot hashes will
 change without warning so those will be replaced with the ones that will
 be packaged locally from the tbb android-components build.
