Comment:

 Patch for review in https://github.com/acatarineu/tor-
 browser/commit/21952+4. The internal `Onion-Location` logic is now done in
 `Document.cpp` instead of `nsHttpChannel.cpp`, and `Onion-Location` can be
 set either as a header or `<meta http-equiv...`. Besides, I removed the
 use of reload flags to implement the manual redirects. I think the
 implementation is slightly simpler.

 In case it's helpful for testing, I used
 https://people.torproject.org/~acat/test/onionlocation/header/ for the
 header case and
 https://people.torproject.org/~acat/test/onionlocation/meta/ for meta.
