Comment:

 gitlab was migrated from gitlab-01 to gitlab-02 today by hiro.

 the DNS of dip.tpo was pointed to gitlab-02, but it's currently giving a
 certificate error. i will fix the certificate error and make it a redirect
 to gitlab.torproject.org instead.
