 The only minor constraint would be to shut down the host or at least the
 database importer which runs at :22 every hour for no longer than 15
 minutes. So, any time between :37 and :21 would be a good time to shut it
 down.

 Regarding disk size, you could shrink the disk on the new host to 150G. We
 improved the database schema two years ago to require less disk space.
 150G should be more than sufficient for the next years.
