 Untested patch at https://notabug.org/JeremyRand/tor-browser-
 build/src/namecoin-3.3.11 (Git commit hash
 `5b5d5f7e0cc7dbe207297155d2dd3df366b4f0cc`).  This also incorporates the
 fix for #33752 (since they're both version bumps of Electrum-NMC).  I'll
 test it a bit myself before I set as `needs_review`.
