 Hmm okay taking off the hotfix because it seems like it's still a bit
 buggy. GetTor appears to lock up after a while. I suspect this has to do
 with multiple processes doing database calls at the same time.

 Also localization seems not to work as expected. But this is pretty good
 progress.
