 Hi, guys! Ever since the update to version 9 of Tor, I seem to be unable
 to open an external website link when Tor browser is already running. To
 clarify what I mean: I have a list of website links saved in a wordpad
 file. Now, when I set the Tor browser as my default browser, the links
 would automatically open in it after clicking them. This worked perfectly
 fine up to v8.5.x

 However, since the update to v9, when I try to open any website links from
 my wordpad file while the Tor browser is already running, I get this error
 message: "Tor Browser is already running, but is not responding. The old
 Tor Browser process must be closed to open a new window." I didn't get
 this error message with any other version up to 8.5.x. I could open as
 many website links from my wordpad file as I wanted.

 If anyone knows how to get it to work as it used to (maybe with some
 config file edit), please let me know. Thanks in advance.
