Comment:

 `view_source.tab`
 - FF59-: if `true` would open the source in a `dedicated view-source UI`.
 The pref was removed in FF60 [1]
 - FF68+: if true, it now uses a new window (rather than a current window
 tab). The pref was added back in FF68 [2]

 New identity for Tor Browser closes all " browsing windows" regardless of
 the pref and the dedicated view-source UI was removed

 Also, FYI: this item is listed under #10952 to do with things not getting
 closed.
