 So, I tested on a different machine and the tag worked for me. But there I
 am fetching `libnss3_3.42.1-1+deb10u2_amd64.deb` and, interestingly
 enough, openjdk-11-jre-headless_11.0.6+10-1~deb10u1_amd64.deb`.

 One difference between the machines I noticed is the breaking one does not
 do the debootstrap dance but seems to use the one built on 11/19/2019 (at
 least that's the time my log file gives me for the latest debootstrap run)
 while the working machine does run the debootstrap step.
