 etc, until you reach 5000) to not upset other mail servers?

 CiviCRM's rate of emailing can't be updated within a sending batch, so we
 don't have that option for this test, unfortunately. (You all would know
 best, but perhaps there's a postfix configuration that could accomplish
 that?)

 I've started scheduling conversations with fundraising/comms (on the
 assumption that the February newsletter is likely to go out next week) and
 will report back with prospective plans once I know more. Thank you!
