 Thanks!  It mostly looks good.  The following are a few minor changes.

 * GuardfractionFile should probably be in alphabetical order with the
 rest.  We don't seem to make a strong distinction between "V3
 authoritative directory" and other kinds of directory authorities, even
 though some option names have the "V3" prefix.

 * AuthDirBadExitCCs, etc. should be marked as out of order

 * VersioningAuthoritativeDirectory should sort after the "V3" prefixed
 options (digits sort before letters)

 * TestingTorNetwork should be marked as out of order
