 Yeah, I think we can remove the `effective_tld_names.dat` changes, as your
 patch works better for what we have now in Tor Browser (the SecureDrop
 rulesets). I don't see cases where we would need the changes in
 `effective_tld_names.dat`, at least for now. We will probably have to
 revise this anyway if we have to support rules other than
 `*.securedrop.tor.onion`.
