 I think the problem is 2nd user just fails when trying to start TBB, how
 they can know to try setting '''TOR_SOCKS_PORT''' and
 '''TOR_CONTROL_PORT'''?

 If applying the patch, 2nd user can seamless start TBB without any
 problem. Though it might be bit tricky in code.

 Actually the default port used, 9150 and 9190, may be occupied by other
 application. So I think this patch just fixes the common problem, not the
 special case for 2nd user on the same host.
