 Oops, I forgot about the README. Thanks! In fact, I also forgot to remove
 the .gnupg directory and the gnupg dependency in .travis.requirements.txt
 and requirements.txt.

 I merged the branch in commit
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/bridgedb.git/commit/?h=develop&id=4cdd6a61d01ae6d7c755e870acd8a7eb139d22e7
 4cdd6a6] and deployed it on polyanthum.
