 this DNS server needs to be moved to the ganeti cluster as kvm4 will be
 retired. this involves an IP address change so it will be a bit peculiar,
 as those IP addresses are stored in various zones' glue records, at the
 very least. otherwise the experience gained from migrating nevii (#33834)
 might prove useful here as well.
