Comment:

 `zstd` was added in #32991. I assume it only compiles for Android, and it
 possibly compiles for Linux. Confirming it builds successfully for Linux
 targets, and adding Windows and macOS shouldn't be very difficult.

 I'm placing this on the roadmap for some time in the future (but not too
 far in the future).
