Comment:

 The config looks fine.
 You probably don't need 8 relays, 5 or 6 should be enough.
 But that's only an issue if you're running the network on a slow or loaded
 system.

 I'm not sure I have time to set up OnionBalance to test it properly.
 So I'm happy to just merge this, if you'd like.
