 That Firefox code is for system DLLs, not application-specific DLLs.

 We probably want something like this:
 {{{
       LoadLibraryExW(fullModulePath, nullptr,
 LOAD_LIBRARY_SEARCH_DLL_LOAD_DIR);
 }}}

 Or maybe there are flags we can set when linking the DLL?
