Comment:

 I think we should go forward with this patch. We've done a lot of the
 necessary steps to inform as much as we can operators.

 We also have a blog post in the making about this before we roll out that
 patch.

 Here is the current count:

 Number of relays has gone down by 281. Now much the total bw weight
 unfortunately.

 I've reviewed it. All comments have been addressed. Moving to
 `merge_ready`.
