 Looks good. I guess I'll adapt the commit message regarding the included
 fix for #18900 slightly when rebasing to take comment:67 into account but
 that's nothing we need to change right now. `tor-browser-68.1.0esr-9.0-2`
 has the three fixups (commit 87b3cdb0862a4912b0c3318ad63954dbf42bc774,
 d41c386fa1fc365e4962d96f5d99df063ba72dba, and
 74c3ea2d5152e3687cb9026c93cdd043e90beb76).

 Setting the state of this ticket back to `needs_revision` to address
 comment:64.
