 doesn't send me to the 'board' section of the page.

 Whereas
 https://www.torproject.org/about/people/#core
 does send me to the core section.

 In the html, I see a
 {{{
 <div id="core" class="container py-3">
 }}}
 but there is no corresponding {{{id="board"}}} anywhere.
