 I just installed the latest version of TOR BROWSER in a Pendrive USB, but
 when i click Star Tor it shows this error message The proxy server is
 refusing connections

 Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.

     Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
     Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is
 working.

 I`ve tried to set all options of Mozilla Firefox Settings Advance settings
 Proxy in Automatic, System, No Proxy, No Manual cause dond`t know
 parameters , also set up Internet Conexions to Automatic but nothing seems
 to work, I use Mozilla Firefox Quantum 69 latest version in a Windows 10
 64 bits, will you please advise how to fix this issue ASAP thanks very
 much .
