 A device called a Coupler is being used to connect to John Milheiser's,
 formally John Mathy junior's consciousness. The couplers were originally
 in his cybernetic units sent over from Europe to help him with various
 projects John needed to work on. The Appleton Wisconsin police department
 were supposed to deliver the cybernetic units to John but instead decided
 to have all the cybernetic unit disabled and disassembled.
 John was assigned by God to be Guardian of the planet (GOP). John was also
 sent planetary control equipment. The equipment is designed to only work
 when John is present or by a cybernetic unit using a coupler.
 Unfortunately criminals got ahold of the couplers and decided to use the
 planetary control equipment differently than the way it was meant to. The
 way this happened was by by the criminal breaking into the storage
 facilities where the cybernetic units where being stored. The criminals
 distributed the couplers between each other and managed to intercept the
 planetary control equipment sent over from Europe.
 It didn't take long for John to realize that criminals were committing
 crimes in his name using with the use of the couplers and the planetary
 control equipment. John left Wisconsin to get away from those trying to
 use his supernatural abilities. Basically it turns out that the planetary
 control equipment amplifies those abilities.

 When John Mathy Got to McCook Nebraska he changed his name to John
 Milheiser and the criminals no longer were able to use the equipment.
 Unfortunately, Human Services were  some of the cuprites using the
 planetary control equipment discovered were John was and tried extra-
 ordinary means to get him to go back to Wisconsin. When that failed Health
 & Human Services managed to get planetary control equipment, including but
 not limited to a transporter system and a holodeck. Keep in mind this
 equipment was only designed to work for John and no one else. NOTE: Health
 and Human Services is under the control of "The POLISH REjEME. The Polish
 Rejeme was using Human Services as a front to disable people and take
 their stuff. Human Services has been in control of John Milheiser's
 equipment for a little over 50 years now. John was supposed to get the
 original planetary control equipment and be emancipated at the age of 12
 years old. Dale Milheiser absolutely refused to allow John to do his job
 and went to the extent to invite in the polish rejeme for support to take
 over the world.
 John's name was originally Kimberly Victoria. After the ship Kimberly and
 her twin brother was in went down off the virginia coast. The military
 took hold of the idea that they could prosper by holding Kimberly hostage.
 They changed her name to Shawn Mathy August 5, 1956. In 1966 Kimberly's
 name was changed to John Milheiser. Dale Milheiser became John Milheiser's
 legal guardian by way of the courts in Appleton Wisconsin.
 At age 12 Human Services took hold of the idea that they would be in
 control of the world and had John put in a boys group home. John refused
 to stay there and managed to make her way back to Appleton. John worked
 and went to school on her own and was doing fine but Human Services
 refused to except the idea of John living independently and had her put in
 Lincoln Hills reformatory for uncontrollability. Lincoln hills staff saw
 John extraordinary effort to help out and always tried to do the right
 thing. When Lincoln Hills refused to hold John. Human Services had her put
 in a camp where 35 boys resided. Human Services did everything they could
 to keep John away from her information system and John was forced to
 figure everything out on her own. Meanwhile Dale Milheiser decided to use
 John's name to control the equipment and by genetic manipulation was able
 to fool the planetary equipment in believing that he was John Milheiser.
 He told the Artificial Intelligent controller of the equipment that he had
 a sex change and that was enough to get the equipment activate.
 Dale discovered shortly after that he didn't have enough information to
 keep the equipment working and Dale had to try and find John to reactivate
 the equipment. Dale uses a coupler himself to locate John and extract
 information out of him.
 Now the Ascensions are here looking for their queen and the male criminals
 and Dales clone is up in arms about the whole thing. They will resort to
 anything to keep control of the equipment even to the point of destroying
 the planet if they don't get their way.
 The criminals main focus as of late is to render women helpless for the
 purpose of sex and to kill people and take their stuff.
 A higher power will soon be here and those that have caused destruction
 and mayhem will be brought down to their knees.
 What I need from you CIA is a place to stay, the ocean would be the best
 option, expenses taken care of and gender reassignment into female design.
 Then I can work with the female design control system to bring the
 criminals house down.
