Comment:

 Why should it be reset after you customized your NoScript experience
 indicating that you want to step away from the safe defaults that we
 provide? We deliberately removed the button from the toolbar to avoid
 someone clicking those dangerous options by default. Thus, if you are
 clicking it now the assumption is that you actually wanted to deviate from
 what we ship and we should honor that.
