We have a bunch of tickets for adding those engines, see: #19208 (and
#27974) for searx, #19768 for qwant and startpage is even already
included. We should make progress on those specific tickets and then
revisit whether we think we should need something more.
We include Twitter, Google, and Wikipedia because users are using them.
You don't have to, though.
