 That shouldn't happen. It should take the available "inner window" and use
 as much space as it can as long as it rounds to 200 in width and 100 in
 height.

 What is your OS? Can you post a screenshot of this? Make sure to
 close/hide any PII (like bookmarks toolbar, open tabs) and snapshot the
 browser. Thanks
