 Then why your browser start Tor daemon every time I start TB9 with
 "extensions.torbutton.use_nontor_proxy: true"?

 It shouldn't start Tor at all and obey browser's proxy settings(PAC proxy
 in my case)

 I am not going to upgrade to 9 series until someone do something about
 this.
