Comment:

 I added some Torbutton bits (commit
 f8ce4dbe63724b0af30ec2132174f19908d843f3 in the `tor-browser-spec` repo).
 But I'll save the Notarization item for when we actually have updated our
 signing infra accordingly (see: #32173).
