for them. Still, I'd be more comfortable if this change was applied in a
Tor Browser 9.0 alpha/beta/RC, before 9.0 final, so we have a chance to
test it while it's still time to fix stuff :)

I confirm that with Tor Browser 9.0a8 in Tails, the langpacks still work
