 Thanks for reporting this. It's actually an error in an old version of
 goptlib, [https://gitweb.torproject.org/pluggable-
 transports/goptlib.git/commit/?id=0f5cab77926a352c229bc5653d904fefd799653c
 fixed here]. The fix is in goptlib 0.7, while Tor Browser currently uses
 goptlib 0.5. I've filed #32076 to update goptlib in Tor Browser.

 As a side note, omlnnuci, Snowflake [https://gitweb.torproject.org
 /pluggable-
 transports/snowflake.git/tree/client/snowflake.go?h=webext-0.0.11#n157
 doesn't support using a proxy]. You will have to disable your Tor Browser
 proxy setting when using Snowflake.
