 Scrolling messes up the display.

 Tested on chrome, firefox and Tor browser and had the same issue. But it's
 okay on safari.

 So on the about page as a whole, be it History, People, Sponsors, Reports,
 JObs, Trademark menus. The menu becomes transparent
 over the text body.
