Comment:

 I need a GPG signed message I can verify and trust. This touches a ton of
 things, in this case I think that message should come from the Tor Browser
 team lead.

 Here is the current state, perhaps you can just tell me what it should
 look like once the changes are made. We can create/remove/merge groups to
 simplify, but we don't have to:
