 The patch looks good to brade and me. Our only question is: Have you
 confirmed that configuring a comma-separated list for
 `ACCEPTED_MAR_CHANNEL_IDS` works correctly? It looks like it is supported,
 but it would be very bad to upgrade people to an alpha that cannot handle
 any future updates ;)
