   tor-browser
   tor-browser-bundle-testsuite
   tor-browser-spec
   tor-launcher
   torbutton

 If we are lucky, access for all is controlled by the same `tor-browser`
 group.

 Changes requested:

 1. Remove push access for mikeperry and arthuredelstein.

 2. Add push access for sysrqb. As team lead, Matt needs this in
 order to access to perform rebasing and release work, for merging
 patches from other team members, and in general to do all the other
 things that Georg has done as team lead in the past.
