 I recognized that problem a few weeks ago already.
 During that time i sent multiple HUPs and restarted the server a few
 times.

 I can reproduce that problem on all relays i have in my family.
 The torrc looks the same on all except that some dont have IPv6 (and of
 course the nickname is different).
