 I spent a while debugging this. I need to stop now, but my current guess
 is that it's an Onionoo bug where the host name is included in the details
 document but not in the summary document. Maybe this bug stands out in the
 code (I didn't look). Or maybe it's useful to compare entries in
 `out/summary` with `out/details/*` files for inconsistencies regarding
 host names.
